Galaxy series is known for great success, and each model is
better than the last. It has a great price/quality ratio, but it doesn’t mean
that it’s cheap. This is one of the best
smartphones available, but it’s not flawless.
There are users that complained that their S3 battery doesn’t provide as
much power as they expected.
Samsung responded with a claim that they will be issuing an update that should improve the performance and some of the problems users are experiencing. But until that happens, this is a little trick I heard that might help you.
It doesn’t require software update or rooting, which I’m sure will make you happy and less skeptical to try.
It’s a very simple adjustment and you have nothing to lose by trying:
Go on your Galaxy S3 Settings page and then to Wi-Fi and select Advanced, There will be some a text that says “Connect to Wi-Fi while asleep” and change it to Never. I heard this little fix helped a lot of users and I hope it will do the same for you. It’s worth a shot!
